Return and exchange policy

Thank you for choosing habilivo (hereinafter referred to as “we”). To ensure a smooth and reassuring shopping experience, please review the return and exchange policy below.

1. Return and Exchange Period

If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may contact us to request a return or exchange within 30 days after receipt.

2. Eligible Situations for Return and Exchange

Returns and exchanges are accepted in the following situations:
– the product has visible defects or abnormalities;
– the product has quality-related issues;
– the product has an unusual odor or noticeable color differences;
– the product received does not match your order;
– returns or exchanges without a specific reason are accepted under certain conditions.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Please contact our customer service team by email or phone, providing your order number, payment proof, reason for return, and photos or videos if necessary;

  2. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions;

  3. Please send the product back to the specified address and wait for it to be received;

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed promptly. For more details, please refer to the refund policy.

To make the process easier, a return label is included with the product when it is shipped and can be used directly for returning the item.

4. How to Request an Exchange

  1. The exchange request process is the same as the return request process;

  2. After approval, the return address will be provided;

  3. Please return the product to the specified address;

  4. Once the product is inspected, a replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

The return label included in the package may also be used for exchanges.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the bank card used for payment (Visa、MasterCard、JCB、Discover、American express).
The estimated refund processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on bank processing times. If you encounter any issues, please contact us.

6. Shipping Costs

– Return or exchange shipping costs caused by product-related issues will be covered by us;
– Shipping costs for returns or exchanges without a specific reason are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Responsibility

We strive to ensure smooth handling of all returns and exchanges. However, in the event of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, no additional responsibility will be assumed.
