Delivery Area
Our products (habilivo, hereinafter referred to as "we") can be delivered throughout Australia. We do not offer delivery services outside of Australia. -
Shipping Fees

Orders reaching or exceeding AUD 110.99 are eligible for free shipping;

Orders below AUD 110.99 will incur a shipping fee of AUD 8.99.

Order Cut-Off Time
Our working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 (AEST).
Orders placed before 18:00 are processed the same day, while orders placed after 18:00 are processed on the next working day. If a rest day applies, processing starts on the following working day. -
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. -
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take between 5 and 10 working days. -
Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers: Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle and CouriersPlease. -
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order number, payment receipt and shipping details.
You can track your order on the “Order Tracking” page by entering your email address or phone number along with the order number. -
